A Guide To Getting Up

Getting up in the morning can often be a trouble for many people. Here is a general guide that is guaranteed to wake you up.

1 . Ok, first thing you need is a mug, and some water. Put the water into the mug. The colder it is, the better.

2 . Before you go to sleep on the night you need to wake up, put the water in reach of your hand.

3 . When your alarm goes off, instead of switching it off and lying down again, do the following:
Pour the water on your head
Chuck water onto floor

4 . By doing the above, you will alert your senses and immediately wake up. I would personally recommend the water on the head tactic, as otherwise you have a wet floor, and could well be late for work if you spend half an hour trying to dry it.
