This is here to cover my arse, and so people cannot complain about my site
Unfortunately it is necessary to make "Disclaimers", or basically deny all responsibilty. I won't deny responsibilty for this site, but.... I will explain why.
I can post almost any offensive pictures and words on this site, if I choose to (and I generally do). But I have the right to do this. In The Constitution of the United States of America, Article 1 of the Amendments, it states that, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." And, if you personally disagree with my rights, I'll also remind everyone that remarkably, in Article 2 of the Amendments, it states, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." You figure out the insinuations. So, I'll attempt to not violate any copyright laws, trademark crap, easily violated minds, or anything else that might not enjoy it.
Please note that if you hurt someone or something with any of the information or fiction exclusively and non-exclusively provided by this site: no one associated, producing, contributing, supporting, or viewing this site can or will be allowed to claim any resposibility for actions you may choose, or even be forced by another person(s), or thing(s) to do. This site does not condone the common practice of denying individual responsibilty for actions taken by that individual, whether participating in a group action or not, choice is a gift that most real criminals did have at one time.
Basically, the above says I can do what I like with this site, and I accept no responsibility if any of the content upsets anyone. Remember, you didnt have to look at this site, you chose to.
The reason I am quoting US Laws as well is because this is where the hosts of this wonderful site subside, and therefore anything on this site is under US LAW.
